How do I get my heartbeat on a ring?

To add your heartbeat to your partner’s ring we can provide you with the equipment to capture your heart beat with your smart phone, which will be applied to the inside or outside of your rings.

Once you have designed and ordered your rings, we will be notified to send you the  equipment to allow for the capture of your heartbeat, simply return the equipment to us with clear instruction as to which heartbeat trace belongs to who (in the event of more than one heartbeat being captured) we in turn will upload the heartbeats to our systems and craft your rings.

The timescale from start to delivery will be approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

 

How do I get my fingerprint onto a ring?

To add your actual fingerprint to your partner’s ring we can provide you with the equipment to capture your fingerprint which will be applied to the inside or outside of your rings.

We can even style your fingerprint into a heart shape.

Once you have designed your rings and placed your order, we will be notified to send you the necessary fingerprint capture kit, simply follow the instructions, return the captured fingerprints to us and we will take care of the rest.

The timescale from start to delivery will  be approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

I’m not sure of the ring size I need, how can I make sure I get the correct size?

No need to panic, we can provide a free ring sizer with full instructions for you to take your own measurement. Alternatively, make an appointment and we will check your finger size for you.

I want a specific design made up. Can you work from a sketch?

Yes, we love it when our customers get creative! We simply require a detailed sketch which we will then be able to produce an accurate design for your approval and costing. We have many different techniques available at different costs, one of which we offer is a service that can provide CAD images for approval prior to manufacturing the design.

If you can imagine it we can  craft it. Our 3D design team can take your ideas and create a model of your ring creation for approval. Just contact one of our team and they will be able to help and guide you through the process.

Can you guarantee the diamonds are conflict free?

We care about human rights so, we will only work with suppliers and partners that source conflict-free diamonds and fully comply with the Kimberly process.

Why do you use recycled gold?

We care about the planet so, we are always looking for ways to minimise our ecological footprint and we are proud to say that our precious metal gold is completely refined and recycled. By recycling our gold, we are kinder to the environment and yet it is of the same high quality as new pieces of gold as it has been completely refined to remove all impurities.

Why do your prices appear to fluctuate?

We are proud to say that we always make sure you have the best price for your rings. However, the pricing of our rings are driven by the fluctuations in the precious metals market, so prices may go up and down to reflect this.

Where are the rings made?

All our rings are made, manufactured and crafted in the jewellery quarter in Birmingham city here in Great Britain.

Will my jewellery come with a hallmark?

Yes, this is a legal requirement. Our jewellery always has a hallmark showing the type of metal your jewellery is made from and that the content of the precious metal meets strict standards.

We are the newest addition to a family business that has been involved in the jewellery trade for over forty years. Our Company owns three jewellery businesses that trade under the names of WR Bullen Ltd, Est 1887, Hemstock’s Jewellers Ltd, Est 1982 and Fourth Avenue Jewellery Lounge Ltd, Est 2012. We are passionate about fine jewellery, watches and gifts, with expertise gained from decades in the jewellery industry. We are based in the beautiful county of Norfolk. You can find our stores in the city of Norwich and market towns of Wymondham and Diss.

Getting your perfect ring

How long will my order take to arrive?

Because all of our rings are bespoke the time it takes to craft them varies on the ring and finish you are purchasing. Most orders take between 10 to 15 working days. Please contact one of the team, who will be happy to help advise you on specific delivery times.

Can I visit to collect my ring?

Yes you can, we are always delighted to welcome our customers into our store. Please call us to arrange an appointment to collect the rings in person from any of our four stores.

How will my jewellery come packaged?

Your purchase will arrive in our beautiful branded ring box and all parcels are sent within a rigid postal box, and in a special delivery envelope.

How much will it cost if I need to get my ring re-sized?

We will provide a free size adjustment if needed. Unfortunately we can not adjust pattered or diamond rings as, these rings are manufactured in such a way that adjustment will likely result in undesirable results or mismatched patterns etc.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, it is quite simple. We provide finance subject to availability to UK clients. Items can be sent out and paid for through installments with the finance company.

What if I want to return my purchase?

If you ever need to return your purchase we offer a 30 day returns period provided the item arrives back boxfresh, unworn and as new in the original packaging. We will issue a full 100% refund. This excludes items that have been personalised with engraving or stones. If you are from the UK or EU we will refund the cost of your return postage, by tracked mail. Unfortunately if your are outside the UK / EU, the cost of return will be the senders responsibility.
